I had a really spacious room with a great view, and the traditional Japanese style added a nice touch to my stay. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops around, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Quiet and huge rooms with central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television. Location adjacent to the shopping street which is leading directly to Beppu JR station, other restaurants, and bus stop, Tokiwa and Youme town.

I had a great stay! The rooms were super spacious and comfortable, perfect for my family. The location was awesome too—right near a big mall and lots of restaurants, which made it easy to explore. I especially loved the breakfast with its amazing sea views and tasty Japanese dishes. Plus, the onsen was a nice way to unwind after a long day!

On the downside, the facilities looked a bit dated, and I found the breakfast staff a little too loud and bossy at times, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. they don’t clean the rooms if you’re only there for a short stay, but you do get fresh towels. a decent place but could use some updates!

Great Sea View, Convenient Location

Stayed in a traditional Japanese room with a great view of the sea. The location was convenient, close to the train station and shopping mall. There was also a nearby public bathhouse that had been around for over 100 years.

The hotel was in poor condition with rusted grilles and stained walls. It needs an update and refurbishment.
